Dieter G. Pape

Dieter Pape is one of the founders which the law firm PPR & Partner is named after.

He heads employment law at the firm. As a recognised special counsel for employment law, Dieter Pape has enjoyed a successful career in all areas of individual and collective employment law for many years. His activities include both rendering advice and the judicial defence of clients' interests.

Dieter Pape advises and represents employers of various sizes in Germany and abroad both in their day-to-day business (contact person for management/HR in all ongoing HR issues such as contract-drafting, works-council matters, individual HR measures, etc.) and in the context of special projects (restructuring, employment law support for corporate transactions, etc.).

Another focus of his work is representing the interests of board members, managing directors and other executives.

His extensive networks and pragmatic, solution-led approach are particularly valued by his clients.

Dieter Pape is a member of the employment-law working group of the German Lawyers' Association (DAV).
