Dr Andreas Remuta renders advice in the areas of corporate, commercial and insolvency law.  

He often assists in national & international venture-capital and M&A transactions as well as (cross-border) conversions and restructuring.

He assists his clients with corporate-law and commercial-law daily business, corporate housekeeping, as well as with establishing and dealing with joint-venture companies. 

Forensically, Dr Remuta also acts for his clients in corporate-law issues, particularly post M&A and shareholder activities, as well as in general commercial-law issues.

His national and international clients include startups, VC investment companies, medium-sized companies, (stock exchange-listed) industrial groups, banks, associations and associated groups as well as managing directors, boards of directors, supervisory boards and advisory boards.

Dr Remunta deploys his insolvency-law expertise when providing advice to insolvency administrators and (large) creditors in order to enforce or defend against (contestation) claims as well as in connection with the configuration and enforcement of contracts along the supply chain in crisis or insolvency. With an eye on liability-law issues, he represents insolvency administrators and business managers both judicially and extrajudicially.
