Markus Melcher, LL.M.

Markus Melcher works almost exclusively in real-estate law, with a focus on commercial leases, real-estate transactions and asset management. Parallel to his career, he also completed a master’s degree in “real estate law”.

Markus Melcher advises German and international clients on all aspects of real-estate law. His work predominantly consists of drafting contracts. He is also active in extrajudicial dispute resolution and dispute prevention. If legal proceedings are useful to achieve his clients’ goals and claims, Markus Melcher conducts such litigation on their behalf. Markus Melcher is also a regular lecturer in internal training courses for his clients.

His clients particularly include various asset-management companies with extensive office portfolios, as well as several chain stores in the fast-food and retail sectors.
