Annika Migdal

Annika Migdal has been with PPR & PARTNER since 2009. Her work focuses on trademark and competition law as well as copyright. In these areas, she has many years' experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and providing strategic consultancy. In addition, she represents her national and international clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes and asserts their interests in registration, opposition and cancellation proceedings at the German and European trademark offices.

Annika Migdal is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
