Zhenzhou Ma

Zhenzhou Ma is one of the few native Chinese people in Germany who is licensed to practise as a German attorney. He heads our China Desk, and is the native speaker contact for our Chinese clients.
Together with colleagues from other departments at PPR & PARTNER, he advises and assists our Chinese clients with all issues. These clients particularly include state-owned corporations, listed companies, medium-sized companies and Chinese investors in Germany.
Corporate law/M&A is his personal focus for our German and international clients.
