As a special counsel for employment law, Jan Ricken advises and represents his clients comprehensively regarding all aspects of employment law: individual, collective, and human resources.

His clients include national and international companies from all sectors, as well as board members, managing directors and other executives. Due to his linguistic skills, Jan Ricken is in substantial demand as advisor for international projects.

The core area of ​​his work involves drafting employment-law contracts, as well as consulting and representation in connection with hiring and dismissal. In addition, he has special expertise in collective employment-law issues and in negotiations with works councils and trade unions (especially restructuring and outsourcing projects). Additional focal points include employment-law assistance during company transactions as well as guidance in all aspects of data protection and corporate co-determination.
